Organic Harvest Happy Lips Lip Balm Review

Hello everyone,
Today I shall be reviewing the newly launched Organic Harvest Happy Lips Lip Balms. I received 2 lip balms about which I am going to be sharing my thoughts in this post today.Lip balms are a must for me and I have more than normal because of the work I do. Even before I started blogging hoarding lip balms was an obsession. Lip balms come in various shapes, sizes and formulas which is a personal choice for people. In general I do love clear lip balms for the night and tinted ones for the day. One brand whose lip balms I have enjoyed using is Organic Harvest. They did introduce their egg shaped lip balms which I have already reviewed on my blog you can read that review HERE

Organic Harvest Happy Lips Color & High Gloss Lip Balm Review

Organic Harvest has now  introduced new lip balms which have a different packaging and with new flavors and formulas. If you wish to know more about these lip balms then please keep on reading........

Price of each lip balm: Rs.199/- for 10g product.

Where to buy: From their website or leading online stores.

Brand Description:
Round and colourful, the range comes in a rainbow assortment of flavors. The products are organic, paraben and sulphur free. They are made with goodness of jojoba oil, shea butter and olive oil. This lip balm range will surely make you wanting to smile again.Gorgeously hydrating, this organic lip balm is a luscious treat for perfect lips by keeping it moisturized for a good 6 to 8 hours.

The lip balms comes in 4 flavours: Hibiscus Colour Lip Balm, Lily Colour Lip Balm, Lemon Lip Balm with SPF and Green Tea High Gloss Lip Balm.

Packaging:
The lip balms come sealed and enclosed in a cardboard packaging. All the necessary information is printed at the back including the expiry date. The lip balm containers are square in shape and remind me of dices which we play with. I honestly loved the square packaging but it took me a while to figure out how to open it which I finally did with the help of my Dad. Essentially you need to twist it to open its as simple as that. It is travel friendly and user friendly in my opinion.

Organic Harvest Happy Lips Color & High Gloss Lip Balm Review
I have tried the following 2 variants.
Hibiscus Colour Lip Balm
This lip balm comes with the goodness of Hibiscus, which will give your lips a light red tint. It keeps your lips moisturized for a good 6-8 hours. Hibiscus is a variety of flowering plants in the mallow family.

Organic Harvest Happy Lips Hibiscus Lip Balm

This is a tinted lip balm and gives a very light tint on the lips. If you have pigmented lips they won't show up that much.

Green Tea High Gloss Lip Balm
This neutral shade lip balm will add gloss to your lips, apart from keeping them moisturized for a good 6-8 hours

Organic Harvest Green Tea High Gloss Lip Balm

My overall thoughts on these lip balms:
Both lip balms are great for everyday use and the attractive cube like packaging is a winner. The lip balm does not feel waxy and is a bit glossy which I personally like. They are light weight and do a great job of moisturizing the lips. They will last on your lips for good 4 hours but obviously will wear off in between meals and you may have to reapply. The lip balms definitely keep the lips soft and moisturized on regular use. The only thing is I could not find any SPF mention in these lip balms other than that I do like them and will keep using them. I highly recommend these to everyone.

MLWM Rating:4.5/5
