Oriflame The One Loose Powder in Translucent Review & Swatches

Hello everyone,
Quite sometime ago I had reviewed the Oriflame Pure Color Perfect powder and I loved it a lot but that was in a pressed format. What if I tell you that they have a loose powder as well.If you are a makeup enthusiast and addict you would know loose powder is a must have in your vanity.Loose powders do come colored/tinted and translucent as well.Last year was the year of cooking and baking and no I am not talking about food.. Lol What cooking and baking generally means is pressing excess of powder under the eyes and certain points on the face to set it perfectly and make it long lasting. So anyway I got to try Oriflame Loose Powder in Translucent which was one of their recent launches.I have been using it since a month and I am going to share my experience of the same.. Read on to know more......

Packaging:
The powder comes in a plastic tub with a grey cap on it bearing the name and logo of the brand. It comes with an extra cardboard cover for extra protection. The shade name, ingredients and other info is printed on the outer cardboard cover. It does not come with any puff or brush - I wish it did. There is a sieve which is sealed by a sticker and the ideal way to use it is drop some in the container and then use it with a brush or puff whatever suits you. It is travel friendly in my opinion. Overall I liked the packaging - does not look cheap.

The powder is white in color and has no tint to it. It is very finely milled and very smooth to begin with. Loose powders are amazing to set the makeup and also cook and bake the face like I mentioned before. If you are not into that it is ok, this powder is used to set the make up and also concealer under the eyes.It does a great job as a powder. The only thing is that it can get messy so I would advise doing your makeup before you wear your clothes. It is a bit pricey in my opinion other than that it is an amazing translucent loose powder and worth trying as it will work for all skin tones.

MLWM Rating: 4.3/5
