Aroma Essentials Cinnamon Lip Balm Review
Hello everyone,
Today I shall be talking about a new brand I came across and is very popular in the Indian blogosphere. I am talking about Aroma Essentials. The products are handmade, organic and cruelty free. The owner was kind enough to send me few products which are summer essentials and I will be featuring some of them on my blog sometime. I will be sharing my thoughts about the Cinnamon lip balm in my post today. Read on to know more...
Price: Rs.175/- for app. 12ml/gm
Shelf life: 6 months
Brand claims:
- Using finest natural ingredients
- Artificial fragrance free
- Dermatologically tested
- Chemical free
- Store in a refrigerator
- Not tested on animals
Packaging: It comes in a small plastic tub which mentions the price, contact details and brand claims. It is travel friendly but I am more of a chapstick fan due to hygiene issues especially while travelling.
In my blogging journey I have come across many new and upcoming and organic brands. I also believe buying products and goods from your local artisans is like supporting them in their venture. I got to know of Aroma Essentials from fellow bloggers and have been curious since then.
The lip balm has a very light brownish peach color but goes on clear on the lips. When you apply the lip balm first thing you will notice the taste. It definitely has a cinnamon flavour as promised and contains SPF too. The texture is not too light nor thick and is perfect for application at any part of the day but you need to store in a refrigerator as it contains essential oils and may melt in the summer heat. I do end up licking the lip balm because of the taste...Lol! I layer it before bed and wake up with smooth lips. Also if you apply a generous amount it does give your lips a plumping effect. Overall I love this natural and handmade lip balm and apart from the packaging I cannot complain anything much about the product.
