Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Hair Oil Review

Hey everyone,
I had tried so many hair oils since I became a blogger from established and new upcoming brands which a lay person may or may not know. But we all associate ourselves with those brands which have always been there in the market and have been all time favourites. One brand I would love to talk about is Vatika. When they launched in the market it was like a breath of fresh air than using the regular coconut oil and more so the oil claimed to solve a host of hair problems. Few months ago I had been to an event by them you may read about it HERE ad got 2 of their hair oils to try out.I am going to share my views on Vatika Enriched Coconut Oil today.. Read on to know more...

Price: Rs.167/- for 300 ml - So inexpensive - Available across all stores in India and online HERE

Brand claims:
It makes hair stronger
Hair become thicker and shinier
Better dandruff control

The hair oil comes in their signature green color opaque bottle. It has a screw cap and is sturdy. The ingredients are mentioned on the bottle. The packaging is nice and travel friendly. You can opt for a smaller size while travelling.

Talking about hair care unless you take care of it, it will definitely will be problematic. Hair fall can be attributed to various reasons - Keeping the hair dirty, not using the right products, medical reasons, family history etc . But one definitely need to opt for products which specifically target your core problem. While there are many hair oils in Indian market. The one I really swear by is the Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Hair Oil .

First thing is that it smells good and is light weight. This will work for all hair types. I massage it in the scalp and keep it over night. I wash my hair the next day and it feels nice and bouncy. The smell also lingers in the hair which I like. It contains Henna, Amla (Gooseberry) and Lemon which is effective against dandruff. Post using this hair oil I could see the health of my hair and scalp improving. Massaging it well in the scalp works best and treats hairfall effectively. Those who have on and off dandruff issues also this would work well. For me this is a winner cannot really pinpoint any cons. If your hairfall is severe and out of control it is always best to consult a dermatologist to find out the root cause and the appropriate treatment for the same

The Good:
Easily available
Smells lovely
Light weight consistency
Treats hairfall
Effective on dandruff
Makes hair soft and bouncy
Controls frizz to some extent
Ideal for all hair types
Available everywhere

The not so Good:
Can't think of any

Rating: 4.8/5
