Very Me Soft N' Glam Eyeshadow by Oriflame Review & Swatches

Hello everyone,
Today I shall be reviewing the Very Me Soft N' Glam Eyeshadow by Oriflame. The Very Me line has a collection of make up items which are fun and quirky and more targetted towards teenage girls however it can be used by all. I have reviewed many Oriflame products on my blog but nothing much from this line. I did own the same shadows from their old collection and the ones I am reviewing now are a part of their new revamped eye shadows collection. I shall be talking about 2 variants - Sweet Olive and Soft Brown. If you wish to know more about these eye shadows keep reading...

Price: Rs.299/- for Sweet Olive. Available online HERE & Rs. 349/- for Soft Brown. Available online HERE

Brand claims:
The eye shadow duo that’s as versatile as your mood! Apply it dry for a soft, shimmering finish; apply it wet for intense metallic glamour.

The eye shadows come in a printed and transparent case with Very Me printed on it. The name and expiry date is printed at the back of the case. There is a sticker stuck on it which is very annoying and is a pain to take off. It shuts tight and is very travel friendly.

Sweet Olive - The eyeshadow is a duo with a lighter and darker shade of olive green. I love this color and do not own any olive shadows hence I loved this a lot.

Soft Brown: This duo contains a metallic yet suttle white color and a taupe brown.

The eye shadows have a satin like finish. They swatch well on the finger, when swatched on hand it is a bit diffused. Hence these need to be packed on. I would suggest using a primer and also any base for color intensity. You can also use these shadows wet for better color pay off. There is some fall out but not that much. From both these duos I liked the Sweet Olive one the best. I want to try the Cocoa Glaze Shade next. Both the eye shadows are decent when used with a base/primer one. I would recommend the Sweet Olive one.

The Good:
Easily available
Comes with 2 shades
Satin finish
Easy to apply and blend
Ideal for everyday use
Travel friendly packaging

The not so Good:
Does not come with applicator (not a con though)
Pigmentation can be better
Ingredients list??

Rating: 4/5
