Organic Harvest Shea Repair Lip Balm Review

Hello everyone,
It has been raining lip balms. Many brands have been sending their lip balms for review and I have reviewed quite a few of these if you are a regular reader of my blog. While there are tubs, tubes and chapstick format types there has been nothing like the EOS Lip balm which have been raved about abroad especially in the United States. It is now available here but way too pricey and I am a budget girl hence did not bother. Recently two brands come up with their version of the EOS lip balm and I am going to talk about the Organic Harvest Shea Repair Lip Balm in my post today which is a fairly old brand but I have never talked about their products on my blog. Read on to know more about the same......

Price: Rs.199/- Available at an introductory discount for Rs.149/- You may buy it here

Key Ingredients:
EcoCert certified lanolin, Shea butter, BHT and food grade strawberry flavor. No Color Added-Color of the product may change due to the use of Organic and Natural ingredients.

About the product:
The lip balm with the goodness of Shea butter that locks moisture and prevent your lips from drying out.

The lip balm is the cutest one in my stash. It comes in a sealed pack hence you know it has not been tampered with. It is yellow in color and shaped like an egg very similar to the EOS one. It stands on its own which I like and looks cute on the dressing table. It is travel friendly and gifting friendly too.

The lip balm has a screw cap which you need to be careful with or else you can nick it. The lip balm is buttery and smooth. It is matte in texture and not glossy like the regular lip balm you may use. Since I have used it I totally love it. To be honest I like glossy ones but this one changed my mind because it helped in keeping my lips soft and supple and chap free.It does smell like shea butter and is very comfortable on the lips. You need to reapply every few hours and that is with every lip balm so I do not find that to be a con. Overall I love it and want to try other variants too.It can be used by men as well which is a point to be noted as well
