Let me begin by saying - I hate dandruff !! Whenever I get dandruff I fear the most as I loose chunks of hair.Also when my thyroid problem fluctuates life becomes worse. Hair loss is something everyone fears as we all love our hair. This has also got to do with your genes. If there is a history of scanty hair fall in the family you want have hair like a bear.. Lol. Anyhoo I came across this brand Auravedic who have some amazing products and one of them was the Auravedic Scalp Relief Hair Oil. Read on to know my thoughts on the same....

The hair oil comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a twisted cap. One needs to pierce the cap to let the oil ooze out which is nice as sometimes with a big mouth you end up using more than required leading to wastage. It did not leak hence I would say it is travel friendly.

First thing I noticed about the oil is its color. It is green in color. In winters my dandruff problem gets worse and sometimes even in summer. The smell of the oil is really soothing. The oil is light weight but I feel may be a little more oily for those with oily scalp. Right now my hair is not that oily but in extreme heat this oil may be a bit more oily for me.So did this work for my dandruff?? Yes absolutely you need to use it 2 to 3 times a week depending on the severity of the problem. Yes the dandruff went away and the itchiness reduced too.Plus it did not dry my hair out which I liked especially the ends which is the case with most hair oils.With no chemicals, parabens, SLS or colors this is absolutely safe to use and a good purchase for those with dandruff woes.
