Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Hydrating Time Shower Gel Review

Hey everyone,
Today I shall be reviewing the Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Hydrating Time Shower Gel which was sent to me along with a bunch of goodies by Kronokare Cosmetics. I did review their body lotion sometime ago and found it light weight and decent. I usually do not use shower gels, I only use soap bars and It has been years that I may have tried one.Let us find out more about this product in my review...

Citrus Bergamia, Citrus Sinensis, Citrus Paradiisi, Sodium Leuryl Sulphate, Coco Di Ethanol Amide, Coco Mono Ethanol Amide, Dimethicon Derivetive (DC 8500), Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Ethylene Diamin Tetra Acetic Acid, Colour, Distilled water

Price: Rs. 105/- for 60ml and Rs.325/- for 220ml. It can be purchased from here or Amazon

What does the brand say about the product:
Get rid of the yucky, feel lovely and lucky! Citrus works on cleansing from within, and on every inch, from toe to chin. The essential oils will hydrate and care, and with a scent so fresh, you'll think twice before you share.

Directions for use:
Bubble it up, double it up, wash for a while.
Don't forget to smile, smile, smile  ☺

The shower gel comes in a tiny semi transparent bottle with a flip cap which I love and the mouth is not too big so you will not end up using more than required and hence there is no wastage of product. Plus it does not leak hence is travel friendly.

I do not use shower gels that much but when i got this product I was excited to try it. It contains Orange and Grapefruit hence it smells tangy but I also felt it smells a bit  medicinal. This body wash lathers well and comes off easily too.It is definitely hydrating as claimed. It did not dry my skin but I  would avoid using it in the chilly weather as it may not be moisturizing enough. The smell lingers for sometime and gives you a fresh feeling. This product is Paraben and SLS free which is vow!!
Overall a decent Shower gel.

The Good:
Easily available online.
Reasonably priced.
Simple and effective packaging.
Smells citrusy
Hydrates the skin.
Does not moisturize but doesn't dry the skin as well.
Cruelty free.
Bottle is reusable.

The not so Good:
Not meant to be used in winters and those who have dry skin.

Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Hydrating Time Shower Gel is a great option during the summers and for those with oily to combination skin. It is chemical free and does not have Parabens and SLS. It is definitely worth a try for the citrus scent lovers.

I hope this review was informative and helpful. Please leave a comment below with your inputs and new visitors and bloggers may leave their blog links for me to check out.

  13. I had first used Kroncare almost half 8 months back I guess when they were launched in limited stock in Jabong. I had used their carribean ginger body lotion. Loved it to the core!! Sadly, they went out of stock soon. Good to see them back ^_^ Thanks for the review. Even I am more into soap bars than gels!
