Lass Naturals IHT9 Hair Loss Therapy Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Hi everyone,
Today I shall be talking about a shampoo and conditioner which is meant to reduce hair loss/hairfall by a brand called Lass Naturals of which I have reviewed few products earlier on my blog. I shall be reviewing the shampoo and conditioner both today and my experience of what I think of it. Read on to know more....

About the company:
Lass is a world class brand engaged in manufacturing and marketing natural products for hair, skin and body care. Incorporated in the year 1975, Ram Inder Lal (P) Ltd, which owns the brand Lass, is a Delhi, India based company and has all the necessary statutory approvals from the Government of India.

Their products are:

100% vegetarian
100% natural active ingredients.
Against Animal Testing.
GMP certified.

Price of shampoo: Rs.245/- for 200ml

Shelf life: 24 months

Ingredients: Plantapon SF*, Rose Water (Rosa Damascena), Dehyton KT* (Cocoamidopropyl Beatine), Lamesoft PO 65* (Coco Glucoside & Glyceryl Oleate), Olivem 400, Bhringraj Ext. (Eclipta alba), Jatamansi Ext. (Nardostachys Grandiflora), Fenugreek Ext. (Trigonella) Foenum Graceum), Neem Ext. (Azadirachta Indica), Shikakai Ext.( Acacia Concinna), Ritha Ext. (Sapindus Mucorosai), Amla Ext(Emblica Officinalis), Aloe Vera Ext. (Aloe Barbadensis), Saw Palmeto Ext. (Serenoa Serrulata) , Ginseng Ext. (Panax Ginseng Extract) Henna Ext. (Lawsonia Inermis), Cocoa Ext. (Theobroma Cacao), Tea Tree Ext. (Melaleuca Alternifolia), Lemon Ext. (Citrus Limon), Citric Acid, 2- Phenoxyethanol.

I shall talk about the shampoo first. It comes a slim white color opaque bottle with a flip cap. The mouth of the shampoo is decent enough to get the shampoo off the bottle for use. It does not leak and hence is travel friendly. All the ingredients and other vital information is printed at the back of the bottle.Coming to the shampoo it is a transparent gel like consistency - not too thick  not very thin. It smells herbal and medicinal and the smell is quite strong just like the hair oil I reviewed here

You need a lot of product for the hair. My hair is thin but lengthwise quite long and hence I required quite a lot of shampoo to lather and effectively wash my hair. It does clean the scalp well and does not leave any residue. It made my hair dry at the ends honestly but that is when the conditioner comes in place which I will review further.

Price of conditioner: Rs. 195/- for 200 ml
Shelf life: 24 months.

Ingredients: Rose Water (Rosa Damascena) Cyclomethicone, Lanette O*, Structure XL, Vegetable Glycerin, Genamin KDMP, Genapol LA 230, Olive Oil (Ola Euroea), Henna Extract (Lawsonia Inermis), Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis), Soya Protein, Holy Basil (Ocimum Basilicum), Rosemary Ext. (Rosmarinus Officinalis), Thyme Ext. (Thymus Vulgaris), Grape Seed Oil (Vitis Vinifera), Coco Butter (Theobroma Cacao), Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera), Liquorice Ext. (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Natural Vitamin E (Tocopherol), 2 - Phenoxyethanol.

The packaging of the conditioner is more or less the same like the shampoo and this one has a blue band at the bottom indicating that it is a conditioner. The conditioner does not leak and hence is travel friendly. I like the packaging its simple and nice. All the information is printed at the back. Since the mouth of the bottle was too small the first time I used I had a hard time getting it off the bottle. Hence I mixed some water which eased the process. It definitely made my hair soft and straight in fact and there were no tangles. It smells herbal just like the hair oil and the shampoo. In fact all 3 are a part of the hair loss kit which is available on their website here

Now coming to the hair loss I have not seen any drastic results for reasons like I had dandruff then my thyroid problem and then change of weather. However repeated use over a period of time cleansed my scalp and post conditioner my hair felt soft also they looked straight and less frizzy which was like vow to me. The shampoo used on its own dried my hair but followed with a conditioner it works great.

The Good:
Easily available online.
Inexpensive.
Goodness of so many herbs from Ayurveda.
Paraben free, SLS free.
Cruelty free.
Both together work great.
Shampoo cleans the scalp and the conditioner makes the hair soft and straight.
Travel friendly packaging.

The not so Good:
Shampoo dried my hair
You need a lot of shampoo to build lather.
Conditoner is thick to get off the bottle - packaging should be improved upon.
Will not suit dry hair beauties.

Rating: 3.8/5

Lass Naturals IHT9 Shampoo and Conditioner work well together and are beneficial for hair loss in the long run. Most shampoos today are loaded with chemicals and hence I would say this is a decent option to try out but I would suggest using both together. You can easily order online as they do have cash on delivery and free shipping too.

I hope this review made sense and was helpful to all those reading. Leave a comment below with your inputs and new visitors may leave their blog link for me to check out.

Until next time... Take care xoxo
