Eyetex Dazzler Liquid Eyeliner in Black - Review and Swatches
Hey everyone,
I hope everyone is doing great. I am all set to celebrate Independence Day on the 15th of August and this weekend would be an extended one for most especially those who work. I am back again with a review today from a brand called Eyetex whose products I have reviewed on my blog in the past which is essentially a Chennai (India) based brand. They have a whole range of make up which is on the absolute affordable side. Today I shall be reviewing the Eyetex Dazzler Liquid Eye liner in Black. Let us find our more about it in my review....
Ingredients: nothing mentioned.
Price: Rs. 25/- for 4ml.
The eye liner comes in a mini glass bottle with a very thin wand. The small packaging reminds me of Elle 18 eye liner which come in a small cute bottle. Only the price and the name of the company is printed at the back of the eye liner. For the price cannot expect much.
The shade is nice pitch black and looks lovely on the eyes as you may see in the picture. The wand is very small and fragile and you need to be extra careful while applying it. When I used it I made a mess because first of all I am not comfortable with liquid eye liners and secondly the wand was too small and thin for me. Its not that you cannot work with it but you do need precision to apply the eyeliner and for me some pratice.. Lol.. Ok now it is not water proof and smudge proof too. It will stay put as long as you do not touch it. You need to go over more than once to achieve a jet black and precise line on the eye lids. Lasting wise its pretty decent I did not notice any flaking but then what would one expect for that price.. right? :D
The Good:
Inexpensive.
Simple packaging.
Available in Mumbai and Chennai very easily.
Brush is good for thin application.
Stays for a decent amount of time.
Does not flake.
The not so Good:
They still need to think about the availability part.
May need to go over more than once for intensity.
Not water proof or smudge proof.
No information about the product or ingredients list.
Rating: 2.5/5
For 25 bucks this is what you get.I know we all start with such eye liners when we start with make up and later on get into the nitty gritty about smudging, flaking etc. You can give it a try for the price but its nothing exceptional you could skip it or buy it if you wish.
I hope this review was helpful to all those reading and informative too. Please leave a comment below I do read them all and if you are visiting here for the first time do leave your blog links for me to check out.
See you all in my next review.. Take care xoxo
Rs. 25 seriously! I never knew you get something at this price.

Can't believe it comes only for 25 bucks! I'm also uncomfortable with liquid eyeliners. That is why I don't invest in them.
ReplyDeleteI would like to try it!!!!!!!!!

I bought two different types of liquid liner. Used once and both nicely sleeping in my drawer. Its the smudge and I have to practice more because I can't get it right. I love its use on your eyes, good work and stand out.

Oh no! What a total fail! It looked like a nail polish lol! I would not like the tiny thing you have to hold on- it would not give me enough grip and it would constantly fall on the floor and make a mess he he! Kisses, Sissi www.beauty4free2u.com
ReplyDeleteAnother great review! I appreciate your total honesty, Natasha. T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com
