Patanjali Divya Gulab Jal - Rose Water Review

Hi everyone,
So how is the summer treating you. Well the humidity levels are at its peak in Mumbai and I know the same is the case with the rest of India too. So what do you do to keep yourselves cool??  I eat less and love drinking chilled buttermilk everyday. It keeps me cool apart from that I love watermelons too. Now for my skin I do use Rose Water everyday which is stored in my refrigerator as every hour my skin turns oily and sometimes starts itching too :/ The Rose Water I shall be reviewing is the most inexpensive and good quality rose water you can find in the market. It is called Patanjali Divya Gulab Jal (Rose Water). Read on to know more....

Price: Rs.25/- for 120 ml

Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing date.

The rose water comes in a plastic clear bottle packaging with the picture of a rose and all the other information printed at the back. It has a pink cap and it sits well on the bottle. You need to pierce the bottle with a sharp object - I would say that is good because sometimes you do get bottles with wide mouth and you use up more than required. It is travel friendly as it never leaked on me and the best part is that the bottle is not made of glass.

You can use Rose Water in the following ways:

  • Use a cotton and dip it in cold refrigerated rose water it helps cure tired eyes.
  • Rose water with fullers earth is excellent for oily skin and it tightens the face too.
  • You can use rose water while having a bath by pouring some in the water you would have a bath with.
  • It can be used a setting spray to make your make up last longer.
  • It is efficient in curing dry skin and brings a natural glow to the face.
  • It can be used as a face toner like I do which helps in getting rid of excess oil, slows down aging and tightens pores too.

The rose water is the purest form available in the market and 100% natural. I do use Rose water as a toner for my face.  I store it in the fridge in a spritz bottle for extra cooling effect now in summers. I also use it in face packs for my skin. As we all may know the benefits of rose water this is definitely a mus have for every skin tone.

The Good:
Easily available in major metros.
Inexpensive - hell yeah!!
Multiple benefits for the skin and works for all skin tones.
An excellent toner.
Aromatherapy
Travel friendly packaging.
100% natural and cruelty free.

The not so Good:
Some may have problems finding this brand.

Rating: 5/5

For this price and the benefits I do not think that there can be anything better than this. This rose water is a must have for everyone and I highly recommend it to everyone as it suits all skin tones.

I hope my review was helpful to all of you. Please leave a comment below as to what you think of this product and please leave your blog links here if you are visiting here for the first time.

Happy Monday everyone xoxo
