AVON NATURALS HONEY LIP BALM

Hey ladies,

Happy Monday. Finally my blog reached 10k page views. Excited !!! This is just the beginning I know  &  I have a long way to go.Thank you to all who take time to read and comment on my posts. Today's review is the Honey Lip Balm from Avon Naturals. Let's see how good it is....

Ingredients: Enriched with Vitamin E, Almond oil & Coconut oil

Price: Rs.149/- i had got it on a discount.

Quantity: 4.7g (that's a lot)

What Avon says:
  • Light weight and easy to apply.
  • Moisturising formula protects lips from dryness.
  • Apply liberally to lips and as often as needed.

The lip balm comes in their normal white packaging with a yellow sticker on it in indicating a honey lip balm logo. The lip balm comes in a chap stick format.  The cap click locks well and you can carry it around with you in your purse.

The lip balm is a clear white lip balm with no color to it. It glides on smoothly on the lips.It has a lovely smell which will be loved by all. Of course it does not smell like real honey but it smells sweet. It tastes so good that most of  the time I end up eating most of it, Lol.. The texture of the lip balm is amazing. It is neither too thick nor oily or greasy. It does not feel  heavy on the lips. The lip balm does not last that long because of the texture , hence you need to keep on reapplying. It cures chapped lips too but you need to reapply it throughout the day. The lip balm as it claims is nourishing enough. I have been using this lip balm religiously and do not have any issue as such. The only problem is that they are no longer available now atleast in the present catalogue but since I had already written this review, thought would post it anyways. You can keep an eye on future catalogues or online sites like ebay if it may be available.

The Good:
Nice sweet smell and taste.
Decent packaging.
Nourishing.
Cruelty free.
Affordable.

The not so Good:
Availability.
May have to be reapplied often.
Complete ingredient list missing.

Rating: 4.2 /5

Overall this is a really nice lip balm on the affordable side. if you find this, you must surely try it. Hence I recommend it to all.

I hope my review was helpful to you. Please feel free to comment.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,
