VOV Lasting Matte Lipstick in no 18 - CHARMING PINK
Hey everyone,
Finally the weekend is here and we all feel so happy on Friday's aren't we? Today I will be reviewing a VOV Lasting Matte Lipstick in no 18 - CHARMING PINK.
Let me tell you this lipstick is definitely charming to me... Lol :D .As we all know that VOV is a Korean brand and their products are all over the market. The sad part is that there are a lot of fake VOV products too :/ Grrrrrrr.. This one says manufactured by Schwan STABILO Cosmetics Made in Germany. We have a VOV cosmetics counter at the place I usually shop in Mumbai.
Ingredients: No mention on the product.

Price: I don't remember exactly but I know it is priced between 150 to 200 bucks for 2.5g. It has a shelf life of 30 months.

The lipstick comes in a nice slim packaging just like a pen and the color of the tube matches the color of the lipstick.The cap shuts well so you can carry it around with you in the purse.

It is a nice light pink color , not baby pink though.The lipstick has a nice sweet smell which will not bother you at all. It has very finely milled shimmer which won't bother you or settle in the fine lines of your lips. When the lipstick is put on it is very creamy and then dries into a matte finish. Since this is a matte lipstick of course your lips need to be prepped up before using the lipstick as in exfoliating and then following with a lip balm.The lipstick lasts for 3 to 4 hours easily since it is matte in nature.

The above swatches have been taken in broad daylight and I have not used any lip balm underneath or on top of it.
Beautiful shade.
Creamy.
Affordable.
Nice packaging.
Does not bleed.
Dislikes:
Not readily available everywhere.
Transfers easily.

I really like this shade and would like to check some other shades too. It is a gorgeous pink and it is worth giving a try if it is available where you stay.

Even i havent seen vov products here so ya availability is a big issue.

Deleteheyy...I am using a similar VOV product n the shade is called Nougat....m absolutely in love with it...now d problem is its almost over n I cannot find d same shade....Can anyone pls help me out where m I likely to find it preferably in mumbai or pune...!
