Ethicare Remedies Hydrofil Emolient cream for Hydrating Feel Review & Swatches

The winters are almost here and we all look for winter skin care products which not only suit our skin type and are easy on the pockets. Recently I got to know of a brand Ethicare which may not be not a known name for normal consumers but is quite popular among dermatologists, cosmetologists and plastic surgeons as Ethicare does promote their products to them as they put it in an ethical way.Anyhow I shall be talking about a product I have been enjoying lately and it is their Hydrofil Emolient cream for hydrating feel. Let us find out more about this product in my review...

The packaging of the product can be best described as a fat chubby tube which is red in color. The cap is white and is not a flip cap but seems ok though I prefer a flip cap personally. It shuts well and there is no leakage problem which makes it travel friendly. I like the opening which is tiny and dispenses the right amount of product so there is no wastage and over application. Simple and effective packaging is all I would conclude.

Before I start talking about my experience I need to mention that my skin is oily to combination, dry in winters and extremely oily in summers. Now being the month of December my skin has started to get dry and also as a thyroid patient my skin tends to get drier now and causes some patches especially around my mouth. I was looking for a nice moisturizer which was not too greasy for my combination skin and I am happy that I found one from Ethicare Remedies who were kind enough to send it to me.

The cream is stark white in color. Now the description says emolient which means it would be quite moisturizing. Also it contains Aloe Vera, Beeswax and Vitamin E which is a plus point.  Ideally I would stay away from such creams as  I have had a not so good with the Ponds cream which is like a staple in India and yes it never worked for me, made my skin greasy and also my face would itch. Thankfully this one is perfect for me. I use it after bath, before bed and also before applying my make up. Honestly I found that it moisturized my skin perfectly and also made it so smooth. I am sure this would work for dry skin too but you would need to use a generous amount but for me a small lob is enough for the entire face. This moisturizer is a complete winner for me and would highly recommend it to all.

Hydrofil Emolient cream for Hydrating Feel is a perfect winter cream for my oily to combination skin which has almost turned dried in winters. It has definitely made my skin soft & supple. It will work for all skin types in winters. Hence I highly recommend you to try this product  which is dermatolgist recommend and very affordable too.
